My weekly Win.... Cleaning out my closet and trying on clothes is something I avoid! It’s stressful and depressing! Not today! I thought “lots of stuff will fit now” with my weight loss and muscle building reshaping. So much was to big!!!! I blew right past a whole part of my closet filled with all sizes! Donated and never going back there! 😘
I love the structure and support of this lifestyle!

Just wanted to say I'm really enjoying the app layout and development. I'm on Day 1 of week 2 of Ascend Phase 4 tier 2 (sifted through them all to find the one that spoke to me), and managed to slightly improve on all but one exercise from last week. I really appreciate being able to switch out exercises to suit my needs (nursing a shoulder injury, so can pull, but not push), and choose movements I enjoy. Love how the app just directs me to push myself a little, so I don't have to calculate and keep track. I love lifting, but I have always found the progression of it tricky to balance. This is really helping so thank you. 🙏🏻

I know I keep saying it but this entire program is 🔥. I’m almost 53 and this the strongest I’ve ever been (and pretty sure most muscular).

I started this program this week, and I didn’t realise what I was capable of with lifting. I’m lifting and progressing so much easier using this app. It’s awesome!!
